Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stockta.ai (the "Service"), operated by A Teeny Tiny App Company Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Stockta.ai is a research and educational tool that scans equity markets and produces ranked technical setups, scores, and indicators derived from publicly available market data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. See our Disclaimer for the full scope of what the Service is and is not.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or are used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

  • The Service is offered on a free trial, paid monthly or annual subscription, or one-time Lifetime basis. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • We may change pricing or plan features at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service or its output.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly served.
  • Use the Service to violate any law, including securities laws, or to harass or harm any person.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' use of it.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its scoring methodology, UI, branding, and compiled output, is the property of Stockta.ai. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. All other rights are reserved.

6. Third-party data

Market data is sourced from third parties and is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and we are not liable for errors, delays, or omissions from upstream providers.

7. No investment advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. See the Disclaimer for full details. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKTA.AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stockta.ai harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes took effect. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which A Teeny Tiny App Company Ltd. is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
